JOANN Fabric and Crafts

"Had a sign out saying items were 50% off plus a sign saying the same items were buy one get two free. I understand that maybe one deal had ended in favor of the other; however, both signs were still out. Manager had an attitude and refused to help or honor what was being advertised. I get its annoying to deal with, but I also work retail, and if we forget to take a sign down, we still have to honor the deal. However, these employees decided to be rude and have an attitude about it. Extremely unhelpful and uncaring. Get better management who actually try to resolve problems rather than creating one"

"It is the only place I get my yarn. Great selection in styles and selections."

"This store is not handicap friendly. I need to ride a scooter around the store and couldn’t fit down the cluttered isles. It was awful. To make matters worse the employees saw me struggling and offered no help nor apology as they kept stocking more items down the middle of the already too cluttered isles. As a person with a recent disability I now see how frustrated disabled people must feel all the time. Joann Fabric do better. SMH"

"It's been so long since I've been inside JOANN Fabric and Crafts. Buy one, get two free is right up my alley. Definitely going back. I need more shopping time."

"The store is nothing like it used to be. It focuses way too much on the crafts. The fabric selection is not so good anymore and the prices have been raised way too high. Especially, when you can go to other stores in town and get the same fabrics for less than half price. There are some nice people that work there but other than that it's just a store to stop by and get a spool of thread or quick pattern when they're on sale."
