"Wow! These folks are great at this location! Went in recently for a battery and they were very helpful and cordial. Love the atmosphere at this location. My daughter just went in to purchase a replacement headlight bulb to bring to me to replace in her car. These guys went ahead and replaced it right on the spot. Pleasant surprise. In these times great customer service is few and far between. Good on you AutoZone for hiring great people!"

"I went to the location on Lower Fayetteville (Summergrove in Newnan) and was very disappointed with the lack of customer service. When I initially walked in a young man greeted me in passing and said he would be with me momentarily. I continued to walk towards the vicinity of the item(s) I needed and waited thinking he would come back. He did not return so I carried my items to the front that I had questions on and waited patiently at the register line for assistance. This man continuously ignored me (I was the only black person in the store at this time) and proceeded to help every other person (that was white) that came through the doors. At least 3 more people came in after me. At first I walked out very upset, but changed my mind about going farther out to a different location and went back in. I got a friend’s opinion on what was best, purchased it, and left. Even then I was still ignored. Instead of making a scene I decided to leave a nice review. I am very slow to make any situation about race but this was obvious and blatant. I felt ignored and unappreciated as a customer and out of place as a person. Unfortunately I did not get the employees name but I could describe him to a T. Do better Auto Zone."
