"Friendly cashier * sweet African American lady with short blonde hair-( loved her personality), but the rest of the staff was rude, ignored her when she called for help several times even thought they were just a few feet away and could see and hear her... (an African American Male with braids, and an African American woman in her 30s or so with shoulder length hair) ... this really bothered me and made me wish I could help her or say something to the other two... whomever she is, she definitely needs a raise. She is friendly, fast, and shes the only one that is working on that shift."

"Jennifer is a nasty manager with nasty customer service. I bought a drink a few months ago that I realized had an opened seal/cap so I brought it back and she didn’t want to exchange it. She refused to. I had to call customer service to get my money back when all I wanted was to exchange it. (Turns out the Lipton teas were all made as a batch with bad caps as at Dollar Tree where they happily exchanged it twice when learning all their Lipton tea caps were that way so then I got an exchange for another brand.) Today I go to exchange candy bc it seems when I opened it somehow it had been wet inside. She gets mad and hesitates to exchange it looking all at the bag as if I’m lying slammed the bag in the trash. Didn’t say have a nice day or anything. Rolled her eyes. Chewed her gum really ugly and blew a bubble. I don’t always get defective junk here but when I do she doesn’t want to exchange it. I had done nothing to deserve that service and as someone who has worked in customer service in the same town and never treated her that way at my employer there are no excuses for her. The other DGs in town have great customer service."

"This store has a good selection of many items and every time I go here everyone seems very friendly. My only thing is there are never any carts inside. I have a young toddler which makes it hard to shop while carrying a little one and a purse. I would purchase more items if i was able to have a cart to put them in. There also always seems to be merchandise around that needs to be stocked. Overall though, good store."

"Whenever I have to go here, I am NEVER disappointed with the staff. The store can be a little bit more consistent with keeping the popular items in stock. That's my only disappointment, certain items go so fast and you have to wait on another truck to drop it off. Because going to another site is not an option for my family."
