"The worst experience. Never enough employees, they move at the slowest pace. I needed a 24x36 print, it came out with smudges, the print guy was nice about it and quickly reprinted. They didn’t have the adhesive paper and called so I agreed to the 55lbbpaper. It was ready when they said but with the smudges so reprinted but to get the credit refund was a nightmare. I spent an hour there for their mistakes."

"I have been an Office Depot customer for more than 10 years. My most recent visit to the Newnan, Georgia store is an example of the excellent service I have received over the years. I needed to get pictures printed for gifts and the digital print was an odd size. I needed them that day. The Print and Photo department personnel worked with me first on the phone answering all my questions and then in the store they worked with the image until it would print well. The quality of the prints was great: colors were spot on and sharp. The price was the best I've seen! I then needed 13 frames for the prints and they had them in stock. All three Associates that I interacted with were courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I recommend Office Depot, and in particular, the Newnan store. Thank you, guys!"

"Needed blueprints. Entered store and was told blueprints must be done through website. Previously I walked in and emailed print and the gentleman proceded to provide excellent service by performing the task for which I was paying. Now my business is turned away by a young lady who was not interested in helping with my order. I was summarily dismissed as she went to the next customer. I support local business but obviously the Newnan store is not interested. I can take my money elsewhere."
