"The store and employees in the store were excellent. The people who laid the floor worked very hard, but felt like the could have done a better jof alternating light and dark planks. Very dissatisfied with trim work. Reported to store and they sent someone out to address the issues. However, they sent the same people who did it in the first place. They fixed some places but not all. I feel like they maybe just didn’t know what they were doing. Surely we’re not the first people who have had the same issues."

"They didn't do what we asked and they just installed the tile quickly instead of taking the time to verify with us what we wanted done. Biggest things were 1.) We asked that they make the shower as big as possible by aligning the shower threshold with the wall. You can see from the pictures that they didn't do this; making our already small shower that much smaller . 2.) We had a decorative backsplash put in, and you can see from the pictures that they didn't use a thicker backer-board to make the backsplash flush with the rest of the tile. So anyone who touches that area can easily get cut on the sharp tile. And there was more stuff that they did that we are not happy about. The people we worked with were very nice, but overall we are disappointed with the quality of the work."

"INTRO Fayette Floor is a family owned and operated business that I like a lot. You are made to feel like you really matter to them. Fayette Floors did such a great job carpeting our bedrooms that we hired them again two years later to put LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) on our living area and kitchen floors. MEASURE Greg came out to measure our floors. He had to come out more than once since I changed what I wanted to floor. Greg didn’t seem to mind coming out again. He was just as polite and jovial as before. FRONT OFFICE LADIES The ladies working in the store were very polite and knowledgeable about their products and prices. It wasn’t easy trying to decide which floor to get. So we picked out several samples to take home and view. We did this three times. They were so patient with us. They really wanted us to be happy and satisfied. My wife and I found a floor that looked great and suited our needs. The main considerations were WATERPROOF and COST. Tracy and Denise were friendly and helpful! They emailed five quotes to us. The ladies on the sales team get an A+ from me. INSTALL The install team (Arris, Arris Jr and Reuben) came to install on the day agreed upon. The day of the install they were on time. They were very nice, professional and so knowledgeable. I was so glad they were able to move some very heavy furniture pieces we had. They even moved everything back just like we wanted it. Arris even measured distance from the wall to get it right. Even the install team goes above and beyond. All we had to do was to move the small stuff, breakables and lamps out of the way. They worked together so well and had our floors installed a day early. I was curious as to how they would handle the moving of furniture and not block my handicap scooter access to other parts of the house. No problem. Arris and the guys were so accommodating. They cleaned up everything after the job was completed which meant a lot to us. The vinyl plank floor turned out great. We are so pleased. Kudos to Arris and his crew. RETURN TO FIX ISSUES We did have a couple of issues with the floor that were not their fault. Just peculiar to our home and the way it was built. Arris and the crew came back to fix the issues so that I would be satisfied. I had called Denise and said that I was hoping to get these issues fixed before we gave her our final payment. She was so agreeable and said that I had to be 100% satisfied before we finished paying for the floors. Wow! What great customer service! This is why we and countless others keep going back to Fayette Floors for our carpet and flooring needs. RECOMMENDATION Again, they did an awesome job and the floors have just changed the look of the inside of our home. We love it! Greg and Denise have an awesome family business. They give great service and value your doing business with them. We would use them again in a heartbeat. We are so pleased - a great experience for us every time."
