"THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE! From administration to the people who load! My husband just spent a good amount of money with them, and the workers just tossed it on the back of the truck with no regard! We had to argue with them to put the material on the back of our truck properly. Then we talked to the office managers and they told us we should have been helping them! Imagine that! My husband was handling business on his phone, and they said he should have gotten off his phone to go help them! Mind you… This is after we had to go back to get 4 of the 5 boxes we ordered! This company has no regard for customer service!! So don’t even bother!!"

"My company was approved and had an account with SRS Distribution. This is my company first time going through a Distribution. My assistant called one of the local Superior Distribution ( Fayetteville) and spoke with Angela. From the beginning Angela was rude. My guess, she must have woke up on the wrong side this morning. My assistant then went to explain how we just got approved with SRS and needed to know how to purchase product from them. Angela then advise her to contact corporate because she could not find my company IF-REACHOUT. So, I decided to give corporate a call myself. When speaking to corporate, the representative were very polite and helpful once I explained to them what was the issue with Angela at Superior Distribution. I was giving the account number and was told to reach back out to Angela. I call Superior Distribution spoke with Angela and she stated it still shows no account because our application was not approved. She then went on to say that my company seems suspicious and to have corporates to give her a call. I did just that. shortly afterwards, someone from SRS Distribution now contact me advising me that what my company asked for on the credit application is not enough $6,780.00 and that IF-REACHOUT was not found no where in the Business Credit system. He went to say that my company show as being only 20 days old. How is that? This company has been open since 2019. This falls strictly under Discriminations. I have always been a pride business owner and have never felt so embarrass. I think SRS Distribution and Superior Distribution needs to seriously reevaluate the people they are hiring. Its no longer 1940, 50's or 60's. Just to be clear, IF-REACHOUT MARKETING ASSOICATES LLC is not a scam by any means! IF-REACHOUT just merged with a few roofing companies and contractors that we currently marketing for. We just launch a program that allow approved clients to get an inhouse financing on for the small to mid size project."

"Real fast unload, hrs start around 8, small yard one truck at a time. No overnight parking, but there is a waiting area outside gate to get ready for unload for 2 trucks."

"Very small facility. Only one truck at a time can enter the property to get unloaded. Only space for 4 trucks to stage in front of property. Unload time varies on in and out traffic."
