"This Walmart is fully stocked and they always have exactly what I need. The clothing here is good and affordable. The aisles are neat and clean. sadly I dropped a candle top that I was purchasing, I went to find an associate and it didn't take long at along. The associate was right in the women's section so the glass wasn't there long at all. The associate was friendly and took immediate action to clean up the glass. There were plenty of associates at the registers at this location. Fresh veggies and fruits. Very well stocked. I enjoyed this location more than others so I travel a bit just to come here."
"I arrived early as soon as the Auto Care Center opened to get a new tire. I did not have an appointment. The associate was kind but let me know that he was operating short-staffed. I appreciated the honesty but couldn’t tell they were short-staffed because the 2 vehicles in front of mine were serviced and my tire was installed in a reasonable time. He made me feel like I was his top priority. The Service Writer/Greeter’s name on my receipt is Morris M. The Tire Tech’s names on the receipt are Morris M. and Stephen C. I only saw one guy and he was the one that greeted me, discussed tire brands and prices, gave me the update, and checked me out. I’m not sure which one he is, but his customer service skills were excellent."
"This Fayetteville store has become The worst store over the past 2 years to shop. I lived in Fayetteville but I would travel to other stores such as Peachtree city, the cleanest store that you could ever go to, but then people are gonna start messing and dirtying it up as well. Management see this There must be something done about this. This location to shop is dirty it is nasty they do not clean. The outside is dirty I mean I’m getting to the point I do not even like shopping at Walmart for years people never like Walmart I always liked Walmart but it has become the worst store to shop to buy produce to buy any products. It is so nasty and dirty and who wants to shop in a dirty nasty store. I’m gonna have to start shopping more at target. I mean target is more expensive. But was is more expensive, but sometimes it’s not even the price, clean and what you pay for as much as the other Walmarts in Riverdale and Union City have all went down and been like this over 4 years. I was just looking and took these few pictures."
"I love this Walmart even though the Halloween section was a little array..not much assistance finding things from the worker in that section but I did find something."
"Just moved to this side of town. Did a big shopping trip with my 1yr old after dropping my son off to school. Full shopping cart and not one cashier. Only self-checkout. It was around 9am. I asked 3 workers in the center area whom were standing around talking about a cashier, and Bird said very rudely “That’s what self-checkout is for”. I told her I was not checking out my whole cart myself with my baby and she replied “that’s what the cashier at self-checkout is for”. I go back to self-checkout with my full cart and watched the cashier busily running register to register assisting all of the ELDERLY shoppers that had to check themselves out, along with shoppers that had transactions issues. You can watch the camera to see all of this. An employee tried to open a register since I was paying with card and WIC but Bird told her no, that like she had already said, I needed to go to sled-checkout and that cashier can ring me up. Upset, the employee that was so sweet to want to help me, walked me over to a self-checkout register and scanned everything for me while I bagged and attended to my baby. Although self-checkout is convenient for fast transactions, DO BETTER!!! You can at least have one register open at all times to assist with big orders and shoppers that need assistance. I had to leave my WIC items since there was no register open, but Bird’s horrible customer service put a bad taste in my mouth about this Walmart. Nice store. Full shelves. Port customer service on the front end of the store."
