"I bought a part online and on the way to pick it up I get an email saying your order was canceled (no further explanation). I called and they said we didnt have the part, which they had in stock in the system. Clearly they are not keeping up with their inventory or updating it. You wasted my time and gas."

"Hello. I came into Autozone on November 1st at about 12:30pm. I asked for help to find something to scrape off what a tow truck company wrote on my windshield. The woman was very helpful as far as trying to find the scrapers. The guy followed as if he was protecting her and not really trying to help me with the best solution. I am a black woman might I add. After the guy stated the plastic scraper was the best for my problem I purchased it. Once I went outside to use it it did not work at all. I went back into the store and asked for a razor blade. The woman switched up and pointed the male employee right too it. I had to purchase that one as well. The marker came right off. These employees aren’t knowledgeable at all. I won’t be returning."

"I came into the store to check on a part. Unfortunately, they did not have it. However, the Assistant Store Manager, JC G, was super professional, and extremely helpful. He was quite polite and offered to call another store that to make sure they had it in stock .His personality was infectious and calming. I haven't seen such stellar customer service in a long time. Please replicate his demeanor and work ethic immediately. Glynn St. Fayetteville will be #1!"
