"Was very excited about my LX55, but after a year of setting it up differently on different foundations I can not get this mill to cut straight square boards. The boards are either wavy or different thickness end to end. I tried to get Wood Mizer to offer some sort of support, but they quickly informed me that it would cost me 800-1000$ to just come out and look at it. I’ve had several other sawmill owners look at it and they can not figure it either. We have changed blades, re-leveled the bunk, recalibrated the saw head at least a dozen times…still same result. With no support from the manufacturer and the terrible customer support over the phone, as it is, I’m considering just selling the mill and trying a different brand. It’s been a year struggle and I don’t have the time or resources to waste on a company that can’t support their products or customers."
