"Most people are nice but the owner/manager? 1. Made us take every single thing out of the bags to honor our coupons and 2. Complained that no one wants to work these days... for poverty wages. He was also a complete jacka** to my mom on her birthday and complained because she wanted to return items that she only bought to be eligible for her coupon. And made a scene about "I could be fired for this"."
