"Received TV remote at check-in. Rancid smell in the first room. A/C did not work properly in the second room. Returned remote immediately, asked for, and received a refund."

"We checked in and checked right back out. I have 2 small children and the room was very unsafe. Exposed cords everywhere on a TV that does not work. And the adjoining door did not lock, it just had a plastic string on it. The odor was unbearable, when I told them I would not be staying and asked for a refund they said you have to contact the internet provider you booked thru (which I understand) but they failed to mention the provider would have to contact them and they DO NOT answer the phone. I know because I was there listening to it ring off of the hook and him telling his wife not to answer it!"

"It was decent besides the fact the second handicapped spot was blocked with flower pots which is very illegal and the parking spot right next to it is considered private parking and they will tow your car . The lady at the front wanted to argue about the flower pots straight up told me I wasn’t handicapped despite having my placard and them blocking the only available handicapped spot. Other than that the WiFi barely worked , a slight roach problem but you get what you pay for right?"
