When I called to have someone come fix it, they couldn’t give us a time line and didn’t even keep us in the loop. The absolute only reason I’m giving them 2 ⭐️s is because of their one employee (Chelsea). She’s been the most helpful, but goodluck getting any info if she’s not there."

"BUYERS BEWARE!! Website description of products are completely false and misleading. Ordered HD table with "acryllic top and chrome ring" for $350. Received a cheap laminate top with no chrome ring and a damaged edge. Even the box shows the correct table but customer service offered a credit only and sent me another cheap top 2 weeks later, not the product listed on their website. All these HD products on their website have fraudulent descriptions and less than poor quality. The website remains the same as I write this review. Terrible way to do business!"

"Originally I came to look at a table I wanted to purchase. From the time I walked in the door Chelsea was so helpful. She seemed quite knowledgeable when asked questions about products as well. I felt quite welcome. I originally called the Norcross location and the person who answered the phone was quite condescending and 'pushed' me to visit this location. I didn't appreciate that but it worked out!"

"Worked with Don today and my husband was very pleased with his knowledge of a pool table. We never purchase anything on our first visit until TODAY! . Don took the time with us telling us about the different pool tables & felt and rails everything that I knew nothing of. My husband also had a ton of questions about different styles. Don answered every question that we asked. I can’t thank him enough on allowing us to make such a quick decision. We are so excited about adding this beautiful table into our home. The delivery and set up fees are so reasonable priced for the distance that they have to come. The lifetime warranty and everything else that they offer is unbelievable amazing.
