"I spoke with Paul midway through the day and he was kind enough to fit me in their schedule! The technician that came by, Dale, was friendly, professional, and worked very quickly. He went above and beyond by checking my outside unit under an umbrella since a rainstorm cropped up right after he arrived, and was mindful enough not to track mud back into my trailer. He had the part needed to fix the unit on his truck; so about 2 hours after picking up the phone I'm sitting in a cool, comfortable house. Pricing is fair and actually less than what I was expecting to pay.
