"Came twice, unable to successfully complete repair . Pricing seemed fair had they actually repaired anything. Suggested other repair options, but they were coming in closer to $400-$500 even on a 7/8 yr. Old refrigerator. Appreciated the fact that they didn't try and sell me on some extremely pricy repair but disappointed with the limited options and ultimately no repair that cost $185. Issue: slow condensate leak/water build up under main crisper drawer that eventually freezes into a sheet of ice. For our other, that had a broken icemaker (GE gold) ....suggested replacement that would cost close to $600 and said it would likely fail again in a couple of years do inherent build defect."

"If you used Sutton’s in the past, you need to know this is no longer the same company. They have new ownership. I was disappointed with the service I received, but the new owner says he will take steps to improve."

"Great service and very knowledgeable technician’s! We have used their service 3 times, once on an oven, they replaced a module and then also for a replacement hinge on a refrigerator door. All great experiences and completed timely and cost effective! Will use again."

"Terrible company. They installed a “new” washer drain pump and it broke six months later. Sutton’s said it had to be the control board and refused to look at it. So I got another company for a second opinion and apparently Sutttons installed a used drain pump. The new company installed an actual new drain pump and my washer works fine. I have called Sutton’s multiple times to try to get a refund for the faulty part they installed and they will not return my calls and now when I call it won’t go through, just says “user busy”, leading me to believe they have blocked my number. Do not use this company! It is a scam!!"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I called them to repair a washer that was not draining. They came and seemed to fix the washer as it was working when they left. I did a load of laundry and the barrel locked. I called them back to let them know. They were slow to respond and seemed to think it was not their problem. When they finally came after two no shows, the repair guy removed the door lock he had installed the first time and said it was not fixable and left within 10 minutes. I called to complain and demand the over $200 they charged me to fix it. After much arguing, I was credited back the money. I then had two other repair companies come by to look at the washer. Both told me that the coin catcher had been dislodged during the attempted fix of the drain and that it could only have been the original repair company. I was told it would cost $400-500 to fix. After dodging my calls for 2 weeks when I finally spoke to Tim at Sutton he denied that his guys had broken it, called me a liar, refused to either repair the washer or reimburse me for the repair and even insinuated I called the other repair companies in order to find a problem. I asked him repeatedly to come to the house and see the problem. He said to me: "I am not coming to your house. It wouldn't be good if I came to your house." I cannot believe he threatened me (a single mom) in this way. This is unprofessional and scary. He finally just hung on me and it refusing to fix the problem he created. Do not use this company, especially if you are a woman. Please note that I am not the only reviewer who experienced Sutton breaking my appliance."
