"Came in for a projector for my work. Took about ten minutes to find one of what appears to be the five employees, when I did and I asked him for help, he informed me he was currently helping another customer and that he works in the mobile department. Fair enough, but seeing as how he was walking to the back without the customer, I had no way of knowing he was helping someone, so he could have provided that information without the annoyed attitude of someone being maliciously interrupted. I didn't know. He also said he'd call someone to assist me. I'm still waiting for assistance as I write this review. It's been a good ten minutes at least since our interaction, I was acknowledged once in that time, but still not helped. The only reason it's not one star is because I come here regularly for things for work and it's typically a MUCH better experience."

"Magnolia is great when they are selling. Ask for support and you are in Greenland. Crickets. I spent thousands of dollars with this company and get zero support. Buy elsewhere."

I arrive and he tells me he doesn't have the one brand after all, to listen for comparison. But he assures me that listening to a lower end headphone from the same company will be just as good. Wrong answer! He wasted my time and proved his knowledge was not quality. Let alone the poor customer service of saying he had what he did not. Lame ! Lame! Lame!"
