"Quick and friendly service. Thanks for the dog bath! My only complaint is that most of the items are not in boxes, but it appears to be new. I guess not havinh boxes makea it easier to view for customers. There are alot of items to look at. I will be back."
"So Many Options. Very Affordable. Great customer service!! :)"
"This place is terribly cluttered and filled with absolute junk! The guy showed us a product that turned out to be broken, then opened a box with the same product, but new, and it came out rusted. I wouldn't buy anything from here."
"*Not all parts included Anything that NEEDS TO BE ASSEMBLED DON'T PURCHASE ESPECIALLY IF YOU CAN'T SEE THE PARTS IN THE BOX with instructions UNTIL AFTER YOU PURCHASE. This ruined my night. Just order from a reputable store"
"I purchased a large dog crate from them, the whole purchasing process was a nightmare. The gentleman that was there couldn't find it, and then once he did, he had to go and find the wheels, they were not in the box. When I went to put it together, the hinges to hold the doors closed were not in the box. Asked when we could come get it, she told us when, my mom went there at that time provided and they didn't have them ready. She waited for almost an hour. They threw in a free dog bed for our trouble. Get the hinges home, only one was correct, but it was missing a part so we couldn't use it. I ended up buying bungee cords to keep the crate closed. The free dog bed that they included, not a dog bed, it was something for organization that I don't need. Fast forward to three months later and the crate did not hold up. My dog was able to get out of it, the door is now broken and there is rust hidden under where the bars are supposed to be...which is probably why it didn't hold up. I have completely wasted $280 and have asked for restitution from the seller. She told me to bring it back and they will fix it. When I asked how she planned on fixing a rusted crate, she did not respond back."
