"After being a loyal customer for over 20+ years I met the the most disturbing worker at Macy's. Earlier this week I went to Macy's and bought comforter set. After I arrived home I noticed missing items in the set. I decided to go to the store for a fair exchange. Once I arrived I explained to customer associate AMY (associate 11298385) what was the problem. She continued to cut me off and scream "you are rude" plenty of times as I constantly and patiently tried to communicate my problem. She refused to listen. She just shouted and made me feel very uncomfortable. After being a loyal customer for kver 20 years I must say this has been my worst nightmare/experience. "Had no idea this was still open. Dropped by to pick up something the Mall of GA didn't have. Nice happy ladies working in the men's dept upstairs. It was cool to drop by the Macy's Mall entrance that is closed glass doors now and see the dark empty Stranger Things setting beyond it. A bit surreal..."

"The outside of the macys definetly feels like a ghost town or like parking lot at a beach. Its empty and dismal. But once you go inside the macys the place is very welcoming and bright. Store pickup was fast and easy. I couldn't find the curbside but I went inside the macys and I'm glad that I did. I would have been under the impression the inside looks how the outside feels. Staff were helpful and friendly."
