"Excellent customer service provided upon discovering and correcting a piano bench covering snafu after upholstering. The “Plus” was the time and attention the owner Rafael spent when he initially saw prior to upholstering that my Bargello canvas dimensions were off and it required additional stitches on each side as he so aptly calculated. My sister who was responsible for the upholstery costs of her piano bench with my Bargello piece was given equal care and customer service attention. All turned out well in the end and that was the most important thing since the bargello covering I created was a gift to my sister dressing up her piano bench of 30 plus years."
