The most respected fashion of their service was they were truthful about a very small scuff that was damaged originally in the box. "I had a housewarming event scheduled and it was down to the wire. I couldn't find quality prices to match furniture that was also aesthetically appealing. Robert stepped in and went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure that I could make a purchase that I would be happy with. He patiently assisted with matching pieces (staging), product/branding review, and fair pricing. The day I was in, the store was fairly busy. I watched Robert single handedly assist several customers and they all received quality service. I don't know If this is protocol, but when my last minute delivery was canceled, he stepped in and took charge. It saved my event, which was scheduled the next day. I can truly say that I felt like family after my experience. The only thing that I would suggest is being able to see more product available in the showroom. Its likely that more floor space is needed and I look forward to the day when Furniture Loft is able to expand!"
