"One of the worst stores ever. This location was built new a few years ago. They started off being pretty consistent with products. Within last year or more the decline in items along with the appearance of the store is horrible. Today I went to location only because it’s close to my home but I expected the worse and it didn’t fail. There was a handwritten note on the door that said closed and this was 11am. Do better or just close the store."

"I was able to find my items, but the store is cluttered and messyI just was to leave asap. By being messy I mean is the gift bags were laying on the shelf instead of being placed on the wall and other items looked like they were just picked up out of the boxes and thrown on the shelves."

"REVIEW CHANGE AS OF 4/4/23 I went to this Dollar Tree again for the first time since my last unwelcomed visit with my Service Animal. I am upgrading my original score from a 1 star to a 5 because Dollar Tree took my review very seriously. They put a "SEVICE ANIMALS WELCOME" sign on the front door. And not just this location but other ones too. I appreciate them taking the time to correct their employees and make sure customers with "The Ability To Do Things Differently" (Another way to categorize people with disabilities) and ADA laws that protect our inclusion. Good job Dollar. twenty five Tree! ************************* Review as of 2022-1 year ago. ************************* On my last visit here the employees made me feel very unwelcomed due to I had my Service Dog with me. One asked obviously to her co-worker, "Are dogs allowed in here?", as I approached the register. I said to her "She is a service dog, I have her ID." Then the lady checking me out, co-signed back to her with a "Yeah but it's like a health issue." I go everywhere with my Service Dog contained in my purse. She is a prescribed and registered Service Animal for my "Health Issues" and we are both protected by federal law Under the Americans With Disabilities Act. Interfering with us creates a situation where your company and employees can be held liable for breaking the law. I suggest you train your employees on the law and courtesy because my dog and I certainly don't have to come back to Dollar Tree, it's not even a dollar store anymore since you went up to $1.25 We get much friendlier service and better products from Dollar General. And I would rather they bring our Piggly Wiggly back to that space this Dollar Tree is presently in. When the Piggly Wiggly left it created a food desert. Lord knows we don't need another Dollar Tree that's not even a Dollar anymore."

"First time at this location. In Conyers, Ga, across from the Shell gas station and beside the Dairy Queen in a shopping center. They were renewing inventory and putting up all the Christmas stuff while simultaneously removing the Halloween stuff, so lots of empty shelves. Lots of stuff just looked thrown on the shelves and in the baskets. Not organized at all. The staff was friendly though. Check out my pics for more info."
