"Last year we purchased a Lazy Boy sofa from Sigman-Mills Furniture. One of the reclining mechanisms stopped working several months later. When I called to ask about a repair, I spoke with Kim, and she quickly told me that it was still under warranty. In a matter of days, the repair was scheduled and a young man , Richard, came out. After looking at the mechanism, he quickly determined that it needed to be replaced. He rushed the order and assured me that he would do his best to fix the sofa before Thanksgiving (when I was having 24 dinner guests). Richard was true to his word, and the repair was completed before Thanksgiving. I had a call from Kim yesterday "just to be sure everything was still good with the sofa". It is! Our experience with Sigman-Mills has been wonderful. From Janet, our sales associate, to Richard, the repairman, to Kim in Customer Service, everything and everyone was exceptional! I can't praise them enough and would recommend Sigman-Mills to all my friends and family!"
