"Went to Lowes today to try and buy a hot water heater. Decided to go to the Conyers location because no one was willing to help at the Lithonia location on yesterday. Imagine my surprise when I found out I would get the EXACT outcome...no help. Decided to order from Ferguson supply. Slightly more but at least someone was there to answer my questions."

"My dishwasher went out. I spent a whole bunch of time shopping for a new dishwasher online. It came down between Home Depot and Lowe’s purely on the ship Dates. Lowes stated when I purchased the dishwasher that I would get it in 1 week, now they are pushing it out an additional 3 weeks, this is a classic bait and switch tactic. Lowes, you fooled me. Not even an apology, just a matter of fact email a week after I purchased the dishwasher. Very, very frustrating. They have a take it our leave it mentality, but now I have so much time already invested in this purchase approx 1 week. It doesn’t even make sense to try to get it elsewhere. If they had only been honest about it, I can deal with the truth but lies I can’t deal with."

"David in the flooring department of the Lowe’s located in Conyers GA I believe store #1076 is great at his job, both knowledgeable and customer friendly. I had spoke to several people trying to order a large quantity of carpet and padding. David was the only person who was willing to take the time to help me find a solution to ordering carpet to a location 1700 miles away from me. Others, I spoke to at varying stores, brushed me off and said there was nothing they could do. David shows all the qualities of what a good leader/manager should have which are integrity, self-awareness, courage, respect, empathy, and gratitude. Thank you David for being awesome. If you have a bonus system you deserves one!"

"Horrible customer service, pro member at home Depot for a reason. They are all out of cpvc plumbing supplies. When you try to by in bulk they won't honor the bulk pricing. We spend 100k plus at home Depot for a reason, customer service. Horrible horrible service."
