"Worst store ever. If I could leave zero stars I would. Didn't have the keys to fill propane the first time I went, said keys would be there in a couple hours. Today I tried again and there was a sign saying, "be back in 15". When I checked back, there was no one trained properly to fill propane. Don't waste your time or money here."

"When it comes down to them owing you money and getting your merchandise from them, they will disappear. I had a similar issue as another reviewer stated. First thing, I bought several mattresses from them and they kept delaying delivering of one of my mattresses to my new home and delaying giving back money they owe me. They kept ignoring my calls and text messages until my realtor call them and told them about it. Of course, they responded to my realtor because my realtor recommended them to us. Once they heard from my realtor the mattress was at my door in a week and still, they have not responded to me about my money. I had my wife to call Mr. Settle for the money they owe us since he was not answering any communication from me and to see if he pick up his phone. Of course, he picked up his phone (a number that he did not know belong to my wife). He proceeded to lie on me saying that he had been speaking to me about refunding the money to me. Now they have been ignoring us since November and this is now February. He promised my wife the money would be refunded to us the next week. So, we waited 3 weeks and nothing. My wife called several times and sent several text messages to him and of course never return her calls or respond to any text messages. So, we retained a lawyer to get our money. My lawyer reaches out to Bobby Settle and Roderick Ricks. Mr. Settle return my lawyer's call and in the process Mr. Settle lied to the lawyer saying he had already spoken to me. He claimed he is going to give us our money in two weeks and now it has been over 4 weeks and my lawyer has not heard from him and I have not heard from him (My lawyer made another attempt to contact them but he has not heard from them). So, we will be going to court to get our money back from them. I am not sure why they refuse to give us our money back. I decided to do business with them because they seem to be really cool guys and they are small businessmen. Also, I wanted to give back and help our small BLACK own business. These so-called brothers are the ones that give our black own business a black eye. They forget that some of their business comes from word of mouth and referral. I have several friends that are looking to buy new furniture and I will definitely not recommend them to anyone. I will let my friends know my personal experience with them. It is one thing to be late delivering the merchandise but it is another thing to lie and ignore your customer. Shame on all of them at SOCO Home Décor."

"I wish I could give less than one star but since that’s not possible we can start there. I placed an ordered on 3/13/21, made a down payment with the rest financed by a finance company. I was promised a delivery on 3/29, so on that day I sent a driver to pick up my items. When the driver arrived he was told only part of my order was available and the rest they would delivered to me the following week. Well that one week has led to several months of me making payments without the items I ordered. I place a stop payment on my checking account so that no additional payments could be drafted but by that time I had made almost 1k payments. I have called Soco and the finance company multiple times to get a refund and am being told that soco will not cancel the order and issue the refund so they are trying to have my funds removed from their account. When I call soco, no one returns my calls. Do Not Do business here!! It’s been 3 months since my order was placed and I have since gone elsewhere to buy the items I attempted to purchase from them. Just refund my nearly $1,000"

"Our first impression was not so good.... Their Facebook ad was very misleading. After speaking with salesman Chris and asking very detailed questions about the advertised set my husband and I decided to drive 1 hr 20 mins to the store to purchase a couch and love seat. When we arrived at the store the set did not fully match the description in the ad. However, Robert was super nice, super accommodating and provided excellent customer service. We ended up purchasing the set and are happy with our purchase. We appreciate the professionalism and awesome customer experience from Robert. Thank you!"
