"How are they gonna raise the prices AND say their fitting rooms are closed? Hire more people. Awful location. Also, waited 30 minutes for them to bring my table out. Would’ve carried it out myself if I’d known this location is a silly excuse of a store. Incompetent workers which reflects a clearly incompetent management. I hope higher ups at Goodwill fix this mess. And I will NOT be calling the number you keep replying to other customers’ reviews with. You know the issues you need to address, I’m not wasting my breath on more poor management who don’t care. They are running workers into the ground and destroying their customer base. Stay away from this location, and most Goodwills for that matter. It’s the same story every time."

"The manager of this goodwill is very very rude.. I spent 30 mins there and found one item to purchase.. They are bunch of disposable plates of Costco.. when I tried to bill it the manager said,” this is not the correct price of it..” I said what is the correct price ? He said ,” I don’t have time to check the correct price. You can go now.”There was no one in the queue and he was completely free but still he said very badly and rudely.. pls take immediate action against this manager.."

"Last time I will shop at this location. It’s smelly, most items are dirty and stained, and customer service is horrendous, and selection is much less than other locations in my size. If an item doesn’t have a tag on it, which is their responsibility, they won’t return it, even when you paid for it. That is a dishonest business practice. The cashier was the rudest I’ve ever encountered. I wish I got her name because she has no businesses at all being in customer service with such an atrocious attitude. I wanted to pay in cash and she legit tells me very rudely after ringing me up, that she was on the floor and doesn’t have cash, which I’m not buying, as she was on the register the whole time I was in the store. Myself and several other guests paying in cash went to the register next door, which finally opened up after the line got really long . The gentlemen at that register was much kinder and did take cash. How can you even be on a register and not have cash, when most guests are paying in cash? She even had the audacity to say the item I wanted that didn’t have a tag shouldn’t have been on the floor to begin with, and that isn’t the first time this has happened to me at that location, even when nothing is wrong with the item."

"The store is fine; the counter help was just rude. Here’s an idea: don’t try to guess anyone’s age, let alone a woman’s. You were off, I don’t qualify for the over 55 discount yet and won’t for quite some time, but thank you. You made me realize what a nice person I am because I only responded to you politely and said I didn’t qualify for the discount, thank you, when all I wanted was to say something spiteful to you in return."
