"I thought I was going to love Sam's over Costco because of the fresh squeezed orange juice. Today, I found out they no longer will have fresh squeezed OJ. It was the best O.J. I have had since getting rid of my juicer. I am not sure I will renew as it was a gift from T-mobile to try Sam's Club. It sounds petty, but with the rebates I get from Costco, the Membership cost me nothing."

"Very similar to Costco on Cobb parkway as well but catering to a wider audience. Fairly well organized and mostly helpful employees/ team members."

"Andrew supervisor of the front area treats customers very rude with a lot of bad attitude does not help in any situation. Full of excuses to not try to help at all. Very disappointed in the services this club offers its customers. You pay for a membership to receive bad service from someone that talks and acts worst than a store Manager. Huge difference from customer service at the Hiram Location. Andrew from Marietta location needs to learn from Brandon store Manager at Hiram location on how to treat its customers. PLEASE Sam’s Marietta location work on improving the customer service you give to your customer member! Huge Disappointment at Sam’s Marietta!"

"I already have to scan my own purchases, and now I have to get my own cart from the parking lot! Why is it that almost every time I come to shop here, there are never any shopping carts at the front entrance for customers? Why am I having to go back out into the parking lot to retrieve a shopping cart for myself? I never have this problem at Costco!"

"The trash heap of all warehouse stores, first you walk in and it doesn't look like warehouse store The floors are sticky, the people are rude, it's dirty and this is a consistent theme of Sam's club. I had the unfortunate ability to try to communicate with the manager a tall man with a beard and a green jacket. The manager was about as attentive as a lab rat on crack. And about as helpful as one too, there were two lines that were held up for 45 minutes. Rather than open up another one they let the lines get very long as you see in the pictures. Average wait time is 45 minutes near the holidays."
