"DO NOT BUY YOUR HALLOWEEN STUFF HERE! This "Halloween Hub" neglects to inform customers that every Halloween item they sell is FINAL SALE! I can see making things final sale a week or two before Halloween, but they refused my Halloween return the last week of SEPTEMBER. If this is their policy, I can't understand why there are no "Final Sale" sign by the costumes! Not one in the entire Halloween section! No sign on the door or in any noticeable place, only a small, faded sheet of paper posted by the registers that's in small font and not at eye level. On purpose? Ugh. They should have clear and visible "Final Sale" signs in the Halloween section at the very least, and on their Halloween signs throughout the store. It's so dishonest, because they know people won't buy Halloween costumes they can't try on or return. I have shopped here for years and recommended this store to others, but no more. If I go back and I don't see eye-level, legible "Halloween items are Final Sale" in their Halloween section, I will make a report to the Better Business Bureau. I don't like being scammed into keeping merchandise I don't want."

"I shopped here countless times when I went to college. It was always a treat coming here and being able to walk out with a good haul for an affordable price. It used to be that every now and then you’d find some items that were priced higher than they were worth, but by and large everything was reasonable. Unfortunately now you really have to dig for reasonably price finds. I found countless old tshirts in rough shape for $6 dollars and up. Some ‘new’ items priced the same or only a few cents less than what was on the original tag. Tons of fast fashion cheaply made worn out dresses for over $8. There are good things to be found, but the ridiculously inflated prices really take away a lot of the joy of thrifting"

"Used to really love this place but the pricing isn’t affordable anymore, so it’s not a super viable option for poor folks looking for clothing or household goods! I just thought I’d put it out there for families who don’t have time to shop around as much. Despite the pricing, the staff is really friendly and always kind! It is definitely a great place to go if you’re just a hobby thrifter or have a good bit of money, but I’ve found stuff priced more expensive in this thrift store than the item was originally sold for"

"Pretty much anyone that goes to a thrift store is looking for a decent deal... Well, America's Thrift Store in Marietta is literally one the most expensive thrift store that I have ever been into. The 3 stars is because it was very well organized & the staff was friendly, the missing 2 stars is because you can't really buy anything! $7.99 for used Mens T-Shirts! $8.99 for old polo type collar shirts? Insanely overpriced on just about everything in the entire store! Used, dirty valentines teddy bears (with 2012,2016 on them) were $4.99-7.99+! Not really sure who is setting these ridiculous prices but whoever it is is completely out of touch with the average thrifter! Overall the store was extremely well organized and that deserved the 3 stars alone!"
