"I ordered balloons 24 hours in advance that were supposed to be ready at 10 am the following day. I arrived at 2 pm, and my pre ordered balloons were flat as pancakes. The excuses and lack of accountability were unbelievable. I should not have to beg for what I have already purchased. I realized most businesses are short staffed, but can we not prioritize orders based on scheduled pick up times?"

"Horrible customer service!!!Visited on 5/3/23 at 7:30pm to purchase non latex helium balloons for a work ceremony celebration at 7:30am next morning!! I only needed to purchase 6 balloons. Went to the counter at 8:00pm (not realizing time)to ask for balloons only to be told that they were closed now and couldn’t blow up 6 balloons after being in the store for 30 minutes I was refused service!! I was very displeased! I explained to the staff (2 women) that I really needed the balloons for early in the morning for a company event and could not find the colors I needed anywhere else and pleaded with them to give me the 6 helium balloons which would have taken less than 5 minutes!! They refused providing me service after being in the store for 30 minutes and I was the only customer left in the store. Very poor customer service experience; to send away a customer with nothing when I came in the store to make a purchase and left empty handed scrambling to search other places to find non latex balloons because I was refused service in a store that had the balloons I needed. These 2 employees need retraining in proper customer service!!! I hope no one else has this type of experience."
