"First, I love Kohls! The selection of merchandise & sales are fabulous. This review is addressing the change of the location of Amazon returns. They have moved it to the ridiculously small space where Kohl returns are done. It was there previously & I was glad when it was moved. Primarily because peopled contine to shop more on line & therefore this may result in more returns. There are large boxes, employees attempting to navigate this small space between Kohls transactions & Amazon transactions. Please rethink this & return Amazon to a separate location."

"I visited Kohl’s to find an item for my home. They had a great clearance sale going on. I was very happy with my purchase and extremely happy with the Sales Associate, Denise. She is a great example of an exceptional employee. I will be back to purchase additional items due to her professionalism and friendliness."

"There was a girl there named Brittany. She helped me find the best foundation for my skin. She also Help me find additional items that I love as well. I definitely would love to go back. She gave me great customer service, and great care. She is the best hands-down. Period. She is great!!!!"

"I did a quick stop for some lipgloss in the Sephora area and while everything was fine, the cashier I had seemed to have had an attitude towards me for no reason. She didn’t speak too much when I was checking out(I don’t mind) but when handing me my bag she motioned her hand like she was trying to shoo me away. The next person she rang up, she gave a complete different attitude and spoke with them. I don’t know how she is outside of work but that was just really discouraging. It’s my first time coming to this location since the Sephora was close by but I know not to come again."

"I usually find what I need here. Their toy and toddler section is amazing. What prompted my review today is, I went in to the Sephora store to get color matched for the first time and the sales associate, Dee, was very patient with me and took the time to find my match while also making great suggestions. Overall, a satisfactory visit. I learned a lot in my short time there. Thanks!"
