"I had to make a stop here yesterday to return something. In this new age of nonexistent customer service, it's hard to know what you're going to have to deal with from employees, but, Chris at the customer service desk was a breath of fresh air . He put a smile on my face and was very friendly!!!"
"The drinks are getting higher and we're getting less. You can see where they cut them off. The chips way to much air in the bag.. 3 for $13 now ripping us off..."
"Long time standing in line waiting to check out this trip. There were no baggers in sight at any of the few open and manned registers, so shoppers in these lanes (most all of whom including myself had full carts) had to wait on the shoppers in front of them to bag their own groceries with the help of the cashiers. Far from being spoiled or entitled, this was just an unpleasant experience I was not in the mood for on a busy Friday afternoon in a store running over with shoppers, to say the least."
"I got off of work and came straight to Kroger. The Lady Chrissy closed and locked the doors at 10:30pm, and let no one in. She said the reason why was because she was by herself. That wasn't true at all. We saw at least two associates, one being a young man getting shopping carts, walking in and out of the store. I stayed (along with plenty other people, including senior citizens) until 10:50pm (closing time was 11:00pm) and she refused to let anyone in, while arguing and rolling her eyes with would be consumers. I'm kicking myself right now for not following my first mind not going to Wal-Mart. Going to bed hungry tonight, but I promise that this is a lesson learned."
"I came in that store today to shop and this store is not friendly at all. The staff is rude af. Cashier SAMARIA has a very NASTY ATTITUDE. She was rude to everyone, rolling her eyes, smart remarks and comments. Rude to the elderly. You had one cashier and that’s a problem. Your employees are more worried about what other employees are doing, gossiping, It’s a black lady, heavy set, and a black heavy set male that work in the meat and seafood she is lovely I love them they are very pleasant and will help you. You don’t even see a manager walking around. Store is crowded by unnecessary displays I’m the aisle. The workings with the disability’s are very pleasant and Do a good job at their jobs. But this store is trash"
