"im from ohio my sister lives in georgia single mom with her kids . paid 1000 dollars for water last month , medical kid in home. an before due date her water was shut off . she email for extension they ignore until she cals and emails her back while she is on the phone with them. place is a joke an the workers in it shady"
"I wish I could give zero stars. They want to change me, a loyal new tenant on a new home, $300 they claim the water was tampered with before I moved in. This is the most despicable place for water. I have paid in advance and on time for years. Soon as I move they tried to force me to pay ridiculous amounts of money for some that happened before I moved in. The workers have no class and are bitter."
"I submitted a Leak or Pool Adjustment Request Form via Fax due to a water main break that occurred at my home during the month of September. Today, I called customer service to follow up on the submitted form and was told that faxing the form … was not accepted. Ahhhh the form provides info that says you CAN fax it?? And the cherry on top was that the customer service rep whom I spoke to didn't know about the policy change until she spoke to her supervisor… yep no faxes accepted! Please update your documents and inform your employees about changes in protocol."
"Never seen a water company that doesn’t send out technicians to help patrons. Have had a leak on our property for over 7 months running up almost 850-1000 gallons every day, spiking our monthly bill from 65.00 to 319.00. Company wants ME to pay someone independently to find the leak, fix the leak, and then get back to them for the leak adjustment on our bill. Leak could be from underground or in our floorboards, have no idea. The kicker is we’re not allowed to set up a payment plan or just get a pause on our payment even though there’s clearly a leak causing the problem. Absolutely ridiculous service, and I mean that very negatively."
"Rockdale water resources staff is very unprofessional not to mention liars. I have been trying to get water turned on at one of my rental properties for 3 days now. It seems like if you speak to them over the phone the only thing they will say is that all of your information has been received and that someone will contact you by phone or email with the amount needed to be paid to connect service. I called 3 times the same day to express that I needed the service on that same day. I was told that they only do next day service, I explained to Renee the person I was speaking with that online it says same day service is possible and that I've had service with them before she said that there's only a certain amount of services that they are allowed to turn on in one day. Smh. I finally received an email from Kerri at 5pm (when they close) that it shows that service was still in my previous tenants name and I had to send in a copy of the eviction notice. I sent in the notice and the next morning I received an email stating that I needed to pay a balance that was owed by my tenant and a connection fee and deposit. I sent an email with a snapshot of a text correspondence between my tenant and I of when they moved out. Kerri called me and told me all I would have to pay is the connection fee and deposit and that service will be on in 24 to 48 hours. I paid the fees and explained to Kerri that I've been trying to get service on for 2 days now and that they have poor communication skills. Kerri supposedly then contacted the dispatcher and assured that the service will be on by 5pm that day. No service was turned on. So today, the third day I called to speak to a supervisor and Shauna answered and asked if there's anything she can help with I said no and then someone who I thought was Shauna comes back on the phone and ask what is the call pertaining to so that she can get me to the right department I told her customer service. The person said that she can have a supervisor call me back in 24- 48 hours??? I asked her is there not a supervisor in the office she said no. I said I find that hard to believe, so I said if I come up there in person there's no supervisor that I can speak with? The person then said that she was the supervisor, I asked her why did she lie and say that there's no supervisor, she said because she was busy with a customer but she was walking by and heard Shauna's conversation and decided to take the call. (I'm confused ate helping a customer or walking by?) By the way this person name is Barbara! Needless to say I went up there in person and spoke with the director and got everything rectified."
