He went above and beyond to help me with everything I need to get my pool back in shape. He was very friendly and patient with me. (I'm pool chemical illiterate lol). "I just had to walk out this store because of HORRIBLE customer service....the worker wasn't even behind the counter when I walked in, and she acted as if she really didn't want to speak when I came in to get a water test. Then when she started the test and another customer came in she turned and completely gave that other customer her undivided attention and didn't acknowledge me or speak to me again. She walked from behind the counter twice without saying a word to me as to what she was doing or recognize that I was still waiting while she helped another customer that came in AFTER I did. I absolutely hate blatant disrespect so I walked off with my water sample and I WILL NEVER go back to the conyers location..."

"Not a great place at all. Water test was broken, tested my salt cell told me it was bad. Had it tested again by another pool company they said its good just needs a good cleaning which they did no charge works just fine. DO NOT TRUST THEM"
