"I purchased a game console in took it home in the controller didnt work. Called up in the lady said it was my fault for not checking it before I left when I told her they should check there products before buying them in selling them she got really nasty would not recommend this to anyone. Bad customer service in bad merchandise. I rate them at a negative one."

"I checked out a few pawn stores in the area to find a used guitar or cool gun. Although I couldn't find what I needed the receptionist and the older gentleman besides her were very sweet. Upon walking in I was greeted and they told me if I wanted to see something to just ask. Two other pawn stores didn't say a word to me so that is very kind for them to do. I will make sure to come back to this pawn store."

"Everyone here is always so nice and friendly. I have pawned things here and they are always so helpful about it, and work with me on payments since I get paid a few days after the due date. They CERTAINLY are not racist, as my boyfriend is Mexican. That being said, we are also gay, and the company treats us FAIRLY and EQUALLY, when they could (legally) turn us away if they wanted. Many times I have had personal conversations with the employees there, they are so fun to talk with, and it is such a welcoming and laid back, yet still professional environment. Highly recommended, best prices (if you're pawning OR buying), and I ALWAYS check with them first before looking anywhere else."

"A VERY RACIST BUSINESS!!! I attempted to purchase a vehicle from them and was told that they only wanted cash!!! who walks around with 5000$ cash, even after i suggested that they hold on to the title until the check cleared they wanted neither cashiers or personal check i could have gone back with the money because it sat there for another couple weeks, but I refuse to be degraded."
