"This thing is a scam. Don’t let them steal your money. Currently getting harassed over 89$ they don’t deserve. My wife was handling everything and I never saw progress so we canceled. They charged my wife on our joint account but we had already canceled. I’ve never personally made a dispute and they must have incorrect information. I have never received a refund and now I’m getting threats. I knew it was a scam from the get go just like the previous company we had went to that shut down mysteriously. I recommend finding an actual office that’s local to you so you can walk in there and resolve issues right then and there.
