"I'm always greeted when entering the branch. The person who helped me was thorough and gave me good information regarding my social security check deposit timeline. There was one lady 8 years that somehow got promoted to a branch manager. So glad she is gone. She was rude and I cannot believe she got promoted, but so glad she is no longer there. I love going into this branch since she is no longer there. Great branch manager that I'd in this location."

"My experience with the two white womenfolk tellers are always very “dry” at the Conyers location. No smiles or feeling that I’m welcomed or appreciated. However, I’ve always had a wonderful and pleasant experience with the two ladies that work at the desks, one black and the other white with long brunette hair. They’re the ONLY reason I’m rating a 4-star; otherwise, it would be a 2."
