"They put up a “be right back” sign all the time. You would think “be right back” means 10-15 mins, but we walked around the mall for a hour and they were still closed. It’s poor customer service, especially when you wait around thinking they’ll open back up and they don’t."

"I went to this store on Friday and bought three hats. The employee there ignored us and tended to another customer that walked in after us. Then when checking out he manipulated my premium pass discount and only gave me a $1.29 of each hat instead of the 20%. When I talked him about it he made some excuse that and that he had to call someone. His name badge had a "manager" title on it. I asked to him to return all three and and reapply the proper discount, and it still wasn't right. I felt ripped off. Worse experience ever at a lids store!!!! I will never go back there. Don't trust them!!!!"

"I visited in the early afternoon on May 28, 2023. The young lady working was blasting music with vulgar lyrics, very loudly. I mentioned it twice, especially given that younger kids were in the store, and she didn't respond either time. I understand that times have changed and that young people are not as respectful as those of us who grew up in the 90s, however, customer service should still be valued. Two stars were given because they have a great selection of clearance hats."

"If I could leave 0 stars i would. Came in and got a hat embroidered, the guy advised me to come back in 10 minutes. Came back in 10 and the shop was closed. Waited and waited, I called the manager(of course the only person who has the keys is the person working) and the manager says he’ll be back in no longer than 15. Of course not. In total I waited almost 2 hours. I mean anybody would if you paid $66 for a hat!!!! Never again shopping here because there workers go on break and don’t show back up"
