"Received a notice to pick up prescription. No one at pharmacy when I arrived. Cashier said there isn't anyone in the store that can help me and that I have to come back another time."
"The most disorganized pharmacy I’ve ever been to. It’s always a 45 wait even when your prescriptions are ready. I’ll be moving all my meds asap"
"I have been using this Alpharetta location since moving a month ago. I have used Walgreens in the past, and frankly I have never experienced a pharmacy with such distaste for their customers. The service is so bad I am transferring every prescription I have to Publix. In one month alone, they refused to fill regular prescriptions my drs have been calling in for years. They had me get paper scripts, and then they last it after I dropped it off. When I complained, they filled it with the dr’s call (like everyone else does). For another medication, told me they couldn’t get it and then I went back and was told they could. I still don’t have because they lost that paper prescription they claimed to need. They refuse to answer the phone, so don’t even bother trying to call. You’ll hold for an hour and nothing. If you go there, expect to be treated rudely at the desk and window. Customers are an annoyance and bother to them. When I said I wanted to transfer my business, the response was “oh well.” Walgreens allows their employees in the pharmacy to drive their business away. Rest assured, if you take your prescriptions here, you’ll quickly decide it was a mistake."
"UPDATE: My vet called me back and finally got thru to someone in the pharmacy department. She was told that they had the rx but couldn't fill it. Again, is that hard to contact the prescriber to let them know they are unable to fill it?? Nope just let patients do without and sit and wonder if and when they will get their prescriptions. I was agitated when I wrote the first review and now I'm just enraged. This pharmacy and Walgreens convey a clear message they do not care about patients or customers. No sense in wishing anyone good luck going there at this point. I've gone to this pharmacy for years and it has gone downhill extremely fast. I have my cat's meds called in so I can use the Good RX card. Last month I called to see if it was ready and was told they were waiting for a shipment. No phone call to give me a heads up. Finally got them so fair enough. Called today to check up on her meds that my vet called in yesterday. Person on the phone was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering her. Just about snapped at me that nothing was called in. Called my vet back and they said they have it documented that the refill was placed yesterday. Went there a few weeks ago and the manager interrupted the cashier that was helping me to do something for her. No acknowledgement that I was standing there at all or "Hey do you mind if so and so helps me and I'll get someone else to help you??" Nope, just hauled him away and left me standing there in disbelief that that happened. I use to love going to that store and maybe there has been a change of management but it is about the worst place to go. You would get better treatment walking in to motor vehicles right before closing. Good luck to you all."
"This is the worst pharmacy. Staff is incredibly rude and when you can to ask a question, they act like they can’t be bothered. Also, prescriptions are never ready when they say they’re going to be. After years of using them as our pharmacy, we’ll be switching."
