"We have used All Pets several times for various reasons, and have always had positive experiences. The staff are all knowledgeable and compassionate. Two of our visits have been emergencies that ended up in our pets passing away, but they brought them back immediately and did everything they could to try to save them. They gave us time with our pets after they passed, saved locks of their hair, and truly cared about the pain we were experiencing of losing our pets. We are tremendously grateful for all of the skill and compassion from the All Pets team."
"I have to give a sincere thank you to Dr. Newton and the entire team at All Pets. We recently brought our sweet pup in on an emergency basis and they were incredibly honest, knowledgeable, upfront, and compassionate. Although we ended up losing our girl due to a disease that had progressed too far, we know that Dr. Newton, Dr. Blankenship, and her entire care team tried everything possible. We would come here again if needed and I would recommend All Pets based on our experience."
"We came in with my dog Daisy on 2/12/2023 with muscles shaking and refusal to move. Dr. Sidney Tison almost left our dog paralyzed on its hind legs, misdiagnosing poisoning instead of a herniated spinal cord with its compression. Moreover, he prescribed muscle relaxants that made it difficult for my dog to choose a comfortable position and 200 ml of liquid injected through a syringe under her skin, ostensibly to reduce dehydration, which put even more stress on her back with a hernia. The next day after the visit, when the treatment did not help and the legs began to fail, we called the center by phone, as the doctor said. The answer was given: legs dragging behind the body are standard while taking muscle relaxants. Realizing it was not worth waiting for help in this place, we turned to another emergency room, where a neurological diagnosis was made. The dog was urgently operated on at the Teaching Animal Hospital at the University of Georgia. Now my dog is learning to walk again. When the most difficult postoperative period was over, we contacted your clinic again regarding a refund. The receptionist assured us the whole situation would be transferred to the manager, who would call us back as soon as possible. It's been a few weeks since then, and no one has called us. It's all about the money. These guys don't care about their job reputation and quality. They want money and zero responsibility. Please beware of this place and its "specialists." This is not about love for animals, alas."
"All Pets E&R saved my dogs life. I looked at several other top rated facilities to perform surgery and they were my pick. Honest, caring, and all the combined experience in veterinary medicine. I worked with Dr. Tison (a true hero in the field), Daniele, Nicole, Erika, Tara, Amanda and a few others and I cannot give enough gratitude to their safe-keeping and attention of my dog. Everybody wants what is best for their animal. These guys are that. Thank you so much for giving me another window of time with my best friend. Thank you for explaining the pros/cons truthfully and realistic. Thanks for all your skillful urgency. After my dogs spleen removal, which hosted an almost 7lb tumor 10" wide was eliminated-- he is back on the mountain trails, swimming in the lake, and acting 5 years younger. A huge cheers from the entire family, especially Eli! To everybody in the North Georgia area, save this place in your phone, you never know when you'll need them."
"I am forever grateful to Dr. Tracey Waters & her team! My Doberman Crixus started to bloat and I caught it extremely fast, but after getting stabilized at Crestview Animal Hospital for 10-15mins I was transferred down to All Pets. There his stomach started to flip and due to his age and slowing down and a lot of other factors we knew surgery was going to be too hard on him to probably recover from. She was able to sedate and tube him which that method worked out for him. I know it was touch and go and he was extremely upset being left there. She went above and beyond and for that I am extremely grateful! I wasn't ready to say goodbye, but knew if I had too I wouldn't let him suffer. I left feeling really good with his level of care and just had an overwhelming feeling he was going to make it. I know she really saved his life and just very happy with her style of helping decide with my decisions a long the way. I've worked with vets before and prefer direct Drs like her. Crixus is on the mend and slowly getting better each day. Sedation is usually hard on him so took awhile for that to get out of his system and to recover. We're still day by day, but I have a second chance with him and so happy to have him home with the family!"
