"Was happy to find that I could get a free covid test there however, they couldn't find my results and when they did they couldn't email them. So when I went to the drive-thru to pick them up they couldn't find them for 20 minutes. And that was a month later. My employer had to think I was lying about why I didn't come to work."

"Do not recommend this place. Had a prescription filled a month ago with 2 refills. It was placed on auto refill. Received notice it would be ready. Receive another notice the date it will be ready was changed. Called Walgreens to ask what was going on, they tell me the prescription will be ready at 10:00 the next day. I get there at 4:00 pm the next day and they don’t have the prescription. They tell me to come back at 6:00 pm. I told I couldn’t do that. They then told me if I waited, it would be 30 minutes. After talking to the pharmacist, I decided to wait. 5 minutes later, the pharmacist calls me to the counter and tells me they don’t have the medication in stock and they have to order it. This place needs to get it together. Unacceptable."

"Mila was extremely helpful. I called in before I came to the store to make sure an item was in stock and when I arrived she had my item behind the counter all ready for me to check out. Her customer service was fast, friendly and efficient. She even wished me well as I exited the store. She made my shopping experience a pleasure.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"My doctor called in my prescription and this location didn't have it. They stated they had to order it and would be. I waited, and waited, even called back to see when it was going to come in. Was given some type of excuse about a new ordering system and would work to make sure it was ordered. To make a long story short, I waited a week and a half with no medication. No help trying to get this resolved, ordered or picked up at another locaiton. I had to do the work myself and call around to various locations. One location (in buckhead), stated they didn't have it but would order it and it would be in the next day. I opted to go with that and as expected I was able to receive my order as simple as that. If you say you're going to do something, please do it especially when it comes to someone's prescriptions. THANKFULLY, it wasn't a medication that I needed to take daily! DO BETTER"

"I just went into the store and they had a sign that states 50 percent off all toys on the sign the manager Alfred would not honor it he even told me after asking can you show me which toys are 50 percent off he told me I (as a customer ) have to scan the toys myself if I want to know. I told him that was very misleading to have up there and he told me he agreed and that he would take the sign down after I left without giving a discount off like the sign said."
