"Visited this location for some summer pieces. The store is organized and clean. The service is great. Anytime you are greeted when you enter is a good start to an experience. I was asked if I needed any help. Engagement is great because you can shop in store these days and the associate may not even speak until you are ready to check out. I will shop here again because they crossed all the good marks of a great experience."
"I got some very nice dresses on the clearance rack I gave it four stars because the size was not in order they were scattered around. But overall it was nice but I love the one over here at camp Creek by me since my home... (LOL)"
"This store is freaking ridiculous. My wife worked here for 2- 3 1/2 weeks and haven’t been paid for a whole month just for them to try to give her a work card and tell her she only get a week worth. Then when she brings it to all the so called people involved they gone over talk her and tell her she lying and hang up in her face. I would never recommend to work for them."
"BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN DEALING WITH RAINBOW!!! Their website claims you can return the item in 30 days. Then when you go into the store, they offer you an in-store credit after 7 days. Then customer services tries to back it up stating that the policy only refers to online purchases. Every other retailer in America has 30 day returns! Don't do business with tricky retailers!!! I never even wore the outfit and would have tried it on had it not been for their dressing rooms being closed. I was only 9 days late. NEVER, EVER DOING BUSINESS WITH RAINBOW SHOPS AGAIN. Online or in-store!!!!"
