"What a “ghetto” establishment. I really hate using that phrase to describe establishments that are black operated, but this store is ALWAYS raggedy. Very poor customer service. They closed all the uscans bc they were “closing soon”. There are only 3 registers open with upwards of 10+ carts on each aisle. There is no organization or communication between the employees. They’re not communicating with the customers. I one better than to come here but I needed dog food. Every time I come to this specific Walmart, it’s against my better judgment. I knew it would be a poor experience & I came anyway. The fault is mine."
"Beautiful Mya that works in the self service was amazing. She seen me struggling with my items and came to my rescue. The store is clean and the nice lady whom works in the hot plate section was sweet to. Thank you wal mart for a great experience. You don’t have to go to the “nice part of town to get great service."
"Very long checkout lines, checkout time was horrible, and the signs on the Christmas items were 25% off at checkout, but I was charged regular price. I called the store several times and nobody answered. This is ridiculous, especially since I spent more than $250. in reduced goods but paid regular price, and didn’t recognize it until I got home. Walmart should definitely improve on their customer service and satisfaction."
"The girl Paris in the auto center is great. She helped me and my mom with our auto care needs I have came in this store multiple times and I've seen her deal with the craziest situations. She's an excellent employee thank you again. Will be coming back for all my tires and oil changes"
"Can’t help myself. Always leave after buying more than expected. Easy returns. Just switched to Walmart Pharmacy and getting great service every time. Third Keurig coffee maker with latte maker."
