"First off, when we arrived and went to check in, my wife said who we were and had to use the restroom. I tried to check us in but the clerk was very rude and wouldn't let me give him my card. Keep in mind we ARE MARRIED with an account at the same bank. He flat-out refused to serve me and waited for my wife to return. Secondly, when we got to the room there wasn't any water. Third, they say they have a breakfast. Not!! All they have is 2 types of juice, coffee, & little tiny chocolate muffins that were not fresh. This is not a continental breakfast in my opinion. We have stayed in this establishment before and didn't have an issue. The first issue left a bad taste in our mouths and made us not want to return."

"I am writing to express my profound disappointment and extreme dissatisfaction with the treatment I received during my recent stay at your Days Inn hotel. I arrived with high hopes, having read positive reviews about the hotel and its staff. However, my experience was marred by an incident that not only shocked me but left me deeply hurt and disrespected. On the 2nd night of my stay, my daughter, a 24-year-old adult, visited me at the hotel. When she approached the front desk and requested access to my room, the supervisor on duty, whom I assume is the daughter of the owner or manager of the property, demanded to know whom she was visiting and the room number. My daughter, rightfully offended by this invasive questioning, chose not to disclose this information. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the supervisor rudely informed her of the hotel's "NO GUEST" POLICY. What followed was a series of disrespectful, condescending, and outright insulting behavior from the supervisor. When I confronted her about the issue, I was met with hostility and aggression. She raised her voice, pointed her finger at my daughter, and repeatedly insulted our intelligence, stating, "IT'S SIMPLE!!!" while belittling us. This level of disrespect was utterly mind-blowing and completely unacceptable. Furthermore, the supervisor's behavior extended to prior incidents during my stay. I was subjected to threats of eviction and the loss of my deposit due to alleged violations of hotel policy. This treatment was degrading and humiliating, especially considering my professional background as a college graduate and government employee with a respectable salary. Despite being a paying guest who followed all the rules and policies, I was made to feel like an unwelcome intruder, unworthy of basic courtesy and respect. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism displayed by your staff, particularly the supervisor, whose behavior tarnished my entire experience at your hotel. I must emphasize that I packed my belongings and left my home to seek solace and a peaceful environment, not to be subjected to discrimination and mistreatment. As a result of this ordeal, my daughter, who initially intended to spend time with me, refused to return to the hotel, and my overall emotional well-being was severely affected. I urge you to thoroughly investigate this incident, take appropriate action against the supervisor involved, and implement necessary training to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Guests, regardless of their background or ethnicity, deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism. I sincerely hope you address this matter promptly and effectively. My experience at your hotel has left me deeply scarred and disillusioned, and I trust that you will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and prevent it from happening to other guests."

"Very impressed with the hotel. It was very clean inside and outside. The parking lot was free of any trash that I was aware of and the rooms were cleaned and smelled as if it had been sanitized. When I called the front desk they answered promptly and were very courteous. I was completely comfortable at this hotel."

"When arriving at the hotel, the front desk young lady did not greet guest. No smiling RBF when having a conversation. She treated black people as if they were numbers and money. She did not care to provide customer service. Cannot have guest or visitors, not noted on the website. We traveled 12 hours to get to Atlanta and could not be accommodated or even offered an alternative. On the site it states full breakfast 6-930am is what it says in the door once arriving. Review photos of 645 am photo. The rooms are nothing like advertised. It’s not bad, but there’s no decorations or even wall color like in the site. When attempting to front desk to discuss lack of breakfast, no one there. When calling oh well you can come down and get muffins. We had a large crowd, 20 cars in the parking lot and your charged for breakfast as well. When asking to speak with manager was advised he wouldn’t want to talk to us. When demanding again oh he’s not here and I don’t know what time he’ll be here, but you’re more then welcome to wait. Very unprofessional behavior. Non smoking is a joke, got on ur floor it smelled like weed and cigarettes."

"We got here at 12 am with a booked room and the lady at the front desk, Tania, would not let us in and offered no additional help to us. We booked another reservation and she again said that there was nothing booked and nothing she could do for us, wouldn’t even take a confirmation number. I’ve never dealt with such unhelpful, nonchalant, and frankly rude staff at a hotel before, when literally all we want to do is go to bed. Y’all should definitely look into hiring new staff; there’s a reason your hotel parking lot is completely empty."
