"Worst produce section EVER!!! I love Kroger and it my preferred shopping destination but this location has the worst produce section I’ve ever seen. The selection is always in horrible condition and low inventory. They usually have a lot of fruit flies or gnats on them as well. Publix is the closest to me but I go out of my way to shop at a Kroger and to avoid shopping at this location I drive out of my way all the way to Douglasville for a better shopping experience. This community deserves for this location to do better!!"
"I was literally chased out the store by this man screaming at me for my receipt like I was trying to steal some water then when I pulled the receipt out he didn't even look at it! A man should NOT be chasing and screaming at a woman ESPECIALLY one who is obviously not a thief! I go to this store all the time and not only was this embarrassing but it felt like abuse! He got in front of my cart and acted like he was about to get physical with me! Over some water! That I paid for!"
"Management should be ashamed and someone needs to be held accountable for allowing this to be on the shelves for consumers. This meat literally has mold growing on it and you still place it on “sale” to be sold. Absolutely ridiculous Jonesboro."

"I have never heard of a Kroger customer service opening up at noon. That part right there even security was like are u sure they said 12noon I said yes and he shdm. An they up there sitting down eating smdh even customers like damn frfr they open up at 12noon. I guess this the 1st time they opening up at noon lol I'll never come here again no mam pam not again. An further more all the employees just clocking in not speaking not co cercenerd at all with the line backing up this is the worst experience ever far as they customer service. Poor just plan out poor employees and store managers I'll rather shop at a gas station then here. I only want to do one exchange and I gotta wait 20 mins. An now I'm at self checkout once the customer service rep got to work that's y they open at 12noon they customer service. An now at self checkout I gotta wait another 15mins for money to be on my gift card u did t wait for my damn mo ey at checkout bit now since it's a keoger gift card I gotta wait 15mins"
