"I had a wonderful experience today at the Rome location. I have used several Sports Clips locations since moving to north Georgia over 10 years ago, but today was one of, if not, the best. The stylist, I believe her name was Leah, was personable, professional, and just a genuine pleasure to get to know. And, my haircut was awesome! She is definitely an asset to your business and a great person with an unbelievable story of perserverance and belief. You have a regular customer in Rome from this day forward. God Bless."

"Been coming here for years but no more as of today. Grew a beard this winter for first time. Sport clips policy is that they are supposed to trim with clippers but no shaving because they are not a barber shop. Before today I've never experienced employees actively trying their best to ignore a customer simply because they did not want to be the one to help said customer. Not one, but all three employees ignored me by not saying hello (I was the only customer waiting at the time with two customers already getting haircuts) even when they came to the cash register to check someone else out. Pathetic! No excuse!! After the third employee ignored my presence thereby clarifying that none of them wanted to do anything with me, I left. I will be going to a real barbershop tomorrow. Good bye and good riddance Sport Clips!! I was last there today January 3, 2024 at around 3:00pm."

"My husband received the worst haircut ever! Went in with beautiful, curly hair and came out with a mullet. Paid $33 for the worst cut ever! I gave 1 star just so I could leave a review! Already did 1 review with all my information & did not hear back :( Don't waste your time or money!"

"I took my 5yr old son to this establishment on a Saturday (yesterday). We arrived 40 minutes before they closed. We were both nervous being that we are new to the area, and not sure of a "good place to get a haircut" given many negative online reviews regarding most places. My son had really long hair, and preferred a longer cut and style. I was worried that whoever cut it would take off too much as most usually do. I had a picture on my phone of the cut and style that he liked. The manager greeted us at the counter as soon as we walked in, and had no problem with taking us straight to a chair (despite arriving so close to closing) where Kellie came over and introduced herself. She calmed my son's nerves by offering him lollipops with her calm, sweet voice and demeanor. She looked at the picture I showed her, and agreed that she could do that cut and style. She even asked to see the picture again as she was snipping his hair to make sure she was getting the correct length. She kept reassuring my son, and talked to me as well. By the time we were done he was happy with the cut and experience, and that made this Momma more than happy being that it was his first haircut! She did a phenomenal job, and I am so happy that we went to Sports Clips in Rome Ga!!! Thank you to Miss Kellie, and to the manager (can't remember her name)...we WILL be back!!!"
