"My niece had surgery today and the doctor called her medication in @ 12:54. It's now 4:46 she is in pain without her medication bc she is still waiting. Four hour's to be in pain & wait is absolutely ridiculous! I assure you NO~ONE in that office would be happy, nice, or patient like we have watching this baby cry!!@"
"I have a problem here at least once a month. It’s honestly terrible how little these people care about the population they’re supposed to be helping. They’re always rude, will return my medication one day after I get a text saying it’s ready for pickup, and most recently they sent me home with the WRONG COUNT OF MEDICATION. When I explained they didn’t give me a 90 day supply like what was on the package but a 60 day supply instead, I was told, “oh. We gave you a 90 day supply.” I had to explain the math for how much was provided and how frequently it’s taken and how the math adds up to be 60 days as I said. When I pointed this out, there was no apology for the misunderstanding in count or for telling me I’m wrong when I’m clearly not (which she then admitted was a mistake on their end and how it was entered). I was told that I would have to come back to the pharmacy and come inside and return the medication so they could refund it then recharge the proper amount. This is AFTER they already returned the medication and rescheduled it to be filled a MONTH later with no communication with me. I’ve never been rude to them but the way this location functions is the worst in town. If the other pharmacies weren’t closed by the time I got off work I’d easily take my business back to the location on Turner McCall Blvd."
"I visited this store today to refill a prescription and the pharmacy tech that I dealt with was one of the rudest people that I can recall in a long while who is allowed to work with the public. She was quite rude on the phone (interupting and speaking over me), she had terrible phone manners (when I said thank you at the end of the call, she said "uh huh" and hung up), and she had an aggressive and irritable tone. I thought this was just her phone presense but when I got to the store the rude behavious continued. was finally helped by another, younger pharmacy tech who was very helpful and the pharmicist was also very helpful. I tried to call the 1-800 line to talk to CVS about this tech and the recorded voice said it would be an over 15 minute wait. At this point, I feel like I have devoted enough of my time to this but in my opinion, this tech should not be allowed to deal with the public."
"This is a very busy location. Expect long lines and long wait times, especially if you try to do anything around lunchtime. Best bet is to drop it off to pick up the next day at an off peak time. If you need a same day pick up, I would suggest tripling whatever time they told you. I've had several incidents when I receive a text that my prescription is ready and when I go to pick it up, they can't find it or it's not actually ready yet."
