"This is such an AWFUL experience ANY mom would hate to go through. Having a young toddler and no vehicle to get around i made very clear, The woman having told this to said if i could make within 15 minutes then she’d cut my child’s hair. we made it there less than 15 no one was there, i called the same number back to ask what happened for the woman to rudely say i had the wrong number, then proceeds to lie and tell me she hadn’t spoken to anyone and I must’ve not called the right salon. i honestly am just so upset that a so called “business” would lie if they didn’t plan on cutting my son’s hair. it took so much more driving all the way there then being disappointed and to top off lie and then have the owner call me to rudely try to explain himself. i will never come back there. please change the name. nothing about this place is southern. southern is common decency, this place clearly doesn’t have."
