"The store was in disarray everything was everywhere but they explain why they're actually doing inventory next week so they're trying to get everything where it goes but the help was very friendly nice atmosphere will go back"

"The lady manager is very unprofessional likes to be on her phone she needs to be relocated if she doesn't like the people in the area! And the store stays in stock the costumer's may as well go in and stock themselves. Don't have to figure out why she always needs employees, maybe because she is the problem not the employees!!!"

"I like to shop in the late afternoon, it's not as busy and I am able to browse and the check out is rarely busy. My only problem is that there is only one person at checkout because they added a self checkout register. I am sometimes forced to use them and I seem to always have an item that requires me to have to wait for an employee to help me out sometimes and that is a hassle."

"I absolutely hate going in this DG, they always have a line across the store and the guy that runs the register don't care to get the line moving...he will be on his phone and watching you tube or searching for a song to listen to! I feel sorry for the other employee that works his tale off and is there EVERY SINGLE DAY! I WOULD GIVE 5 STARS TO HIM! This place is still to this day even after the review I made months ago...still the slowest service in rome ga!"

"The sign that says line forms here should be more distinctive! Waited in line near the line forms here sign for 3 minutes only to be told after 2 others walked up that I was not in line! When I asked the cashier why the sign was there I was told it was for the other registers. He also stated they won't do anything about it I assume upper management. That leads me to believe I'm not the first! Very poor customer service just go to the next dollar general they don't care about customers here!"
