"I’ve already come in twice in 2 days.. I really loved my service when you fixed the blue mistake for me, I still am happy with my nails, BUT the gel chipped at the tip of my nail and I was JUST in there yesterday… extremely disappointed. ☹️ (pictured is the blue that was supposed to be my pedicure color but after voicing my wants I was still looked over, him grabbing my hand and panting my nails without even taking a breath to ask if it was what I wanted) And yes I stated I wanted the blue on my toes and white tips 3 separate times.. I was over it by the time he said “go wash your hands” Updated picture because now they’re more chipped after 3 days .. not cool."

"I’ve always had a great experience here. All staff are very friendly. I was waiting for my turn and multiple staff members were walking in to start their day and each one made sure I was being helped BEFORE they even set their stuff down. Amy has been my go to-she always listens to what I like and always does a fantastic job!"

"I loved going to this place for a while but the last time I came in to get a fill in I saw that there were green spots on my nails. I do not believe that this was their fault because my nails do this anytime I have press ons plus I work in a hair salon and water is bound to get trapped in there, however I don’t appreciate how the situation was handled. My nail tech didn’t mention it so I had to bring it up. I asked her if she thought the green spots were a problem and she acknowledged it then started filing my nail down on the nail plate until the green was gone. My nail was left so thin and I was not going to let her put acrylic on top of that. After this I told her 2 times I wanted to take them off and she brushed me off. Finally by the third time she listened and we just started a soak off. While I understand there is a language barrier I don’t believe that I should’ve been told do a fill in anyway and just take the nails off next time. That’s unethical and by that point I knew she just wanted the commission from the service. While I am very upset to leave this review I will not be coming back after a year of services from me and bringing in my mom and my sister. I’ll attach a picture of how my nails look now the lighter part is new growth vs the red part where the nails were."

"First - They always try to con you into getting the most expensive service. You want a polish change or a gel manicure? No - they try to argue with you and guilt you into getting SNS or whatever other service they deem better. I would just simply prefer not to argue about it every time. I had just received a full manicure less than a week ago, so I asked for a gel polish change yesterday. They filed my nails and painted them and proceeded to charge me for a manicure and argued with me when I asked if the final price reflected a polish change or a manicure. The price is different every time I go and I get the exact same things every time. Additionally, yesterday, I wanted a simple design and asked if anyone was able to do it. They set me up with a guy who said he was able to do it and proceeded to do a terrible job and wipe the design off my wet nails with a paper towel over and over again (for over 20 minutes) before I suggested that we just change the design or nix it all together. Do not say you can do something if you are not able to do it. I wouldn’t have cared and I would have simply gotten a solid color. Charged me almost $70 for nails that look like they belong on a 9 year old. Will never be returning."
