"My son was a first time and a last time customer. Rachel was rude. She asked his name "name". She's asked his phone number "phone number". She said "never been here". While she typed it all in on the register and then said "sit" while she pointed to a chair. Never welcomed him or tried to be courteous, not for one second. Haircut was cut shorter on one side than there other. I wanted tok get her to fix it but son said let's just go."

"Yea this place is a joke I stopped going for over a year cause they kept messing my husband an sons hair cuts up so I gave them a try again the weekend before Thanksgiving an the lady butchered my sons hair an styled it so I couldn't tell but OMG I will never return an hope Noone else uses them this is totally uncalled for im.going to have to shave my sons head just to fix this."

"I am not sure why you even have hours of operation. The last several times I have gone there you were closed 1 to 1 1/2 hours before closing time. Today 10/27/23 I arrived at 4:40. You were closed. Supppsed to be open till 6:00pm. Wasted my time and gas each time. I will start going to great clips (out my way) since I can’t rely on your hours."
