"I will proudly give this particular pharmacy a negative sub zero! I moved here almost 7 years ago and started using this pharmacy. I’ve alwas preferred Walgreens. This location is literally unprofessional and a joke to say the least. I have watched them become even worst over the years as it relates to customer service and mistakes. There is always one excuse after another when the staff makes mistakes.... The staff is poorly trained and there never seems to be a permanent pharmacist on duty.... always a “floater”. I actually left this pharmacy years ago because of ongoing complaints I had about my experiences. There are long waits to process prescriptions, errors, and clueless staff with nonchalant attitudes. They drop the ball a lot and seem to shift the blame among on another. I sat in this location almost two hours tonight, with my kids, waiting on insulin for my elderly mom. But they never even had in stock, after being lied to twice! I placed a prescription order yesterday for insulin and was told they were out of stock but would reorder and it be in today by 3pm. I also called this evening before I went to pick it up to confirm it was there and a pharmacy staff member said it was there. I told them, I’m on my way. Needless to say, I watched at least 5-6 other individuals become irate, irritated or plain mad for problems they also experienced tonight.... Keep in mind, my mom takes a special kind of insulin but the pharmacist on duty offered to give her “regular” insulin or for me to call her Dr. at 9:00pm (who is out of state and office closed) and ask them for an alternative???! Further more, the attitude of the pharmacist on duty seemed to be nonchalant, like I was asking for Tylenol 3. My mom is 84 and has been diabetic since I was born in 1974! A whole 45 years!!!! How do you even think you can just give her “over the counter insulin” as a recommendation!!! Really Walgreens!!!!?? Worst pharmacy experience I ever had in life! I was in tears I was so upset!!!! This is not the first time she has gotten her prescription for insulin filled here... I was told by the person who entered the prescription that her medical card wouldn’t cover her insulin only supplies and I needed to pay over $1100... then I explained to her my mom has coverage that pays for it and has for years.... she finally figured it out, but only to say, we don’t have the meds Bc no one ordered it yesterday...... and I was told they didn’t have needles keyed in on order as needed monthly even though she told me the insurance would only cover supplies... I will NEVER go to this location to get Tylenol let along a prescription!!!!!! I decided to write this review Bc this is not the first bad experience but the worst I’ve ever had with a pharmacy consistently...... I am filing a formal complaint with Walgreens corporate and whoever governs pharmacists for the state!!!!! This is a disgrace to citizens! I wish I had videoed the other pharmacy customers but I do have a witness who had a bad experience as well and witnessed this entire ordea and all the other bad experiences tonight with other customers! Walgreens will hear from me further TOMORROW!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! USE another LOCATION. This one sucks bad!!!!! I gave it 1 star Bc it wouldn’t allow me to post with no stars! I left with no options but to start over tomorrow...."
