"I will never patronize the north Slappey store again . Stopped in the store to see my grandson today . Some employee had African accent had the rudest customer service . Talked as if I was bum and not a customer ."
"The pharmacist and the employee did not want to help me because they are on lunch. The item that I needed after getting a consultation from the pharmacist is sold at the pharmacy. The first reply I got from the employee and the pharmacist was that they were on lunch. They were too busy chatting to help me, they pretty much close the whole pharmacy because she’s on lunch. What happened to helping the customer in need. I mean aren’t they supposed to have someone else to cover for their lunch! They were very rude and unprofessional"
"I dropped in to pick up an item this morning and was disappointed to see that while there was a mask required sign on the door, the clerk behind the front counter had a mask which was under her chin and the second employee had no mask at all. I wore my mask the entire time. My mask protects you, your mask protects me. As a retired RN, I understand that we are all tired of COVID-19. However, please do not forget how hard Dougherty County was hit in April/May. Please stay vigilant. Both employees were courteous in trying to help me find what I was seeking. I was at TSC on Ledo Rs right before and everyone was wearing their masks."
"The pharmacist is fine, But the other pharmacy associates were the laziest, and uncourteous bunch of Walgreens employees I have ever had the displeasure of of dealing with. * If you can't change your people, CHANGE your people!*"
